What’s included in a managed services monthly fee?

Proactive maintenance, monitoring, security baseline, help desk, and guidance to keep existing systems healthy. Projects and major changes (e.g., cloud migrations, new locations, server replacements) are scoped separately.

Do you offer co‑managed IT?

Yes. We partner with internal IT to provide escalation help, tooling, documentation, and coverage without taking control away from your team.

Which areas do you support on‑site?

Most of Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. We also support remote‑only clients across Canada.
