We built Nexanova for businesses that handle sensitive data, have real obligations around how that data is protected, and have been managing IT informally for too long. There had to be a better option. So we built one.

Why we exist

Small and mid-sized businesses across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley sit in a gap that the IT industry largely ignores. On one side, break-fix technicians show up when something goes wrong — no monitoring, no documentation, no security baseline. It is the cheapest option until a crisis hits, and then it becomes the most expensive. On the other side, large enterprise MSPs require minimum seat counts, multi-year contracts, and impersonal service built for 200-seat companies. A dental office, a five-lawyer firm, or a construction company with 30 staff? Low-priority account. Low-priority response.

Nexanova Systems was built to fill that gap deliberately. Every Nexanova client receives endpoint detection and response, multi-factor authentication, full-disk encryption, DNS filtering, email hardening, and verified backups from the first day of the engagement. That is the minimum standard before we consider any environment operational.

Earn it every month

We do not require long-term contracts. Every engagement is month-to-month because we believe clients should stay because of outcomes, not because of a cancellation penalty buried on page twelve. If we are not delivering documented, measurable value, you should be free to leave. That pressure keeps us honest.
