Fixed scope. Fixed price. Done right.
One-time IT projects with clear deliverables and no ongoing commitment. You tell us what you need. We scope it, price it, and deliver it.
Not everything needs a monthly contract
Sometimes you do not need a managed IT provider. You need a specific project done well. A new office that needs to be wired and configured. A server that is end-of-life and needs to be replaced. A security assessment before your cyber insurance renewal. A Microsoft 365 migration that your team does not have time to handle.
The problem is finding someone who will do the work properly, at a predictable cost, without using the project as a foot in the door for a recurring contract. We scope every project with a fixed price before work begins. You know exactly what you are getting and exactly what it costs. If the project is done and you do not need anything else from us, that is fine.
Common project types
New office setup
Network design and installation, workstation deployment, printer setup, phone systems, and server configuration. Everything your new location needs to be operational on day one.
Server refresh and migration
End-of-life server replacement, data migration, application reconfiguration, and testing. We handle the full lifecycle from procurement through deployment to decommissioning the old hardware.
Network design and deployment
Structured cabling, switch configuration, wireless design, firewall deployment, and VPN setup. Whether you are building from scratch or redesigning an underperforming network.
Security assessments
A thorough evaluation of your current security posture. We review your endpoints, network, email, backups, access controls, and policies. You get a prioritized report showing what to fix and in what order.
Microsoft 365 migrations
Full migration from on-premise Exchange, Google Workspace, or another email provider. Email history, calendars, contacts, and files moved cleanly. Security configured properly on the new environment.
Camera and access control systems
IP camera installation, NVR configuration, access control deployment, and integration with your network. Designed for your space and your security requirements.
Backup and disaster recovery setup
Design and deploy a backup strategy for your environment. On-site, offsite, and cloud backup targets. Documented recovery procedures. Verified test restores before handoff.
Wireless optimization
Site survey, access point placement, channel optimization, and guest network configuration. Fix dead spots, reduce interference, and segment traffic properly.
How project engagements work
Scope and price
We discuss what you need, visit your site if necessary, and deliver a written scope of work with a fixed price. No estimates that balloon. No hourly billing that makes you hesitate to ask questions. The price is the price.
Schedule and prepare
We agree on a timeline, order any required hardware, and coordinate with your team on access and scheduling. You know exactly when work happens and how it affects your operations.
Execute and test
We complete the work, test everything, and verify that it meets the scope. Nothing is handed off until it works correctly and your team has confirmed it.
Document and hand off
You receive full documentation of what was done, how it was configured, and how to manage it going forward. If you have internal IT, they get everything they need. If you do not, the documentation is written clearly enough for a future provider to pick up.

Frequently Asked Questions
It means the price we quote is the price you pay. We scope the project in detail before quoting. If something takes longer than expected on our end, that is our problem, not yours. The only exception is if the scope changes after the project starts, in which case we discuss and agree on any adjustments before proceeding.
We include a 30-day warranty period after every project. If something we configured stops working correctly within that window, we fix it at no additional cost. Beyond that, you can engage us for additional project work or consider our managed IT service for ongoing support.
Yes. Many projects, especially server migrations and network deployments, are best done outside business hours. We schedule around your operations and coordinate timing with your team.
For projects that do not require hardware procurement, we can typically start within one to two weeks of scope approval. Projects requiring hardware depend on vendor lead times, which we confirm during the scoping phase.
You are welcome to engage us for additional projects, or transition to our managed IT or co-managed IT service. There is no pressure to do so. The project deliverables stand on their own.
